One of the most iconic views in Sussex, featured in Hollywood films such as Robin Hood, Atonement and Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. Cuckmere Haven is a treasure for artists and photographers alike, with stunning views of the river, cliffs and beach on the Sussex coastline.
Join workshop leader Philip Bedford to capture the early morning light on the white chalk cliffs of the Seven Sisters, explore the downs and river valley and then head over to Birling Gap and Beachy Head to capture the winter light in the afternoon.
Terrain is quite uneven, some uneven rocky footpaths to watch out for. There will be lots of walking, mostly on footpaths. Expect hiking of around 5-6 miles throughout the day.
